Ex-wife harassing after the divorce, please advise what to do ?

30-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, My brother's wife separated with him in 2013, left him in the US with their 7 year old daughter and came back to India to marry her ex-lover. My bro and her went through a mutual divorce with custody being with my bro in the US. She was to have visitation rights. However she insisted on the daughter flying to India alone every 4-5 months. This was working fine, but now she is harassing my bro with some other false claims.

Harassment due to visitation rights can be stopped and false claims will be contested in the court of law. Please share specific details regarding the terms and conditions of divorce agreement and details of the false claims.

Sir what kind of false claims is she making.. Can you be more specific.. Has she made a police complaint or she has approached court? Since they have been separated mutually and are living Seprately , there is nothing as such which she can claim

First of all there was no need to send the child alone to India to simply meet her, per contra she shd go to US if so desired since wish of d child is of paramount consideration. Pls send d details qua other false claims, since there are so many preemptive acts or legal ways to avoid any mischief - need complete facts therefor..
