ex parte procedings if wife fails to turn up

i had filed for divorce from wife on mental harrasment issues in july 2022, summons were sent to my wife but all summns returned stating that she had gone out for a long unknown duration. after three no shows on court dates the honorable court had granted permission for paper publication. What is the procedure of court after this and how many more hearings more will it take to get the divorce in case wife does not come to court still

dear client as per your query I can only suggest the way you are pursuing it's great do comply as per the order of the court if she still doesn't appear after publishing in paper then exparte procedure will be pursued by the court and you will get the exparte decree for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

it turns to ex-parte proceeding, around 3-4 dates it will take and secondly it is beneficial to you, the wife will not be entitled to take maintenance from you, if she put any of the petition regarding it you may take the advantage of this ex-parte order. after this ex-parte order you will be eligible to remarry with another women

after issuing a notice to the wife on the newspaper . The notice will ask the wife to appear in court. If the wife still does not appear. the court will proceed with the divorce process without her.
