Ex parte order set a side can i file fir on wife for remarriage

Ex parte decree on 21 dec 2020. Ex parte order set a side on 21 Jan 2021. Wife did second marriage in between. Can i file FIR on her for second marriage? What document should i need to produce for FIR?
hello client as i can read ur problem . yes u can register Fir in the court of law as your case is standing on nunber of issues need to cover in your matter so FIR is not only remedy . in ur case you need spacific orders and directions from high court.
