Ex parte judgement in wife favour 28 april'25

Dear sir/madam, in my last appearance in family court in divorce case on 27 feb'25, judge told that he will pass exparte order in my wife's favour on next date 28 april'25 but if I m paying cost 25000 to my wife then he can hold order. Kindly suggest what i should in my defense and how to plead judge to not pass this order on mercy grounds. If in any case he passes exparte order then what shouldbe next stepas I don't wantto divorce my wife.Is there any provision of free legal aid in HC for poor
exparte deed can be set aside by recalling order you can divorce is by mutual consent it his protect you you can go for mediation in the high court if you don't wznt6 to divorce that good but contact you can go to high court
