Ex-husband not paying maintenance on stipulated date

As per our mutual divorce decree, on 5th of every month, my ex-husband is supposed to deposit money into my account for maintenance of our minor girl child who is residing with me, though he pays it before the month ends(erratically), he does not pay on stipulated date, how to make him pay by 5th day of every month?
