You and your daughter have got full heritable rights upon the properties owned by your husband. And you have also got full residential rights to stay in your matrimonial home. No one can disallow you to stay there. After all it's you who left your home and came to the home of your husband. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

in Matrimonial cases both - the husband and the wife has quite some powers/rights which can be exercised. what you have asked can be done but in a specific circumstance. However, there are possible solutions for this problem too.

your rights remain intact unless adultery proved and in that situation it is the courts discretion depending upon tall the circumstances and facts of the case .you have not written whether ur husband bought the property or it is ancestral. He can wash off his hands from his daughters responsibility

Your husband can sell his self acquired property to anything and can gift the sand to anyone too ! Your daughter shall always have right over his property. You have other options n reliefs if any domestic violence has been done on you Plz b in touch
