Ecourts website not working in India

Hi all My case is numbered on 2018 october. But still now i am not able to see the case history online. I have sent an email to [email protected] but the mail got bounced. When i sent an sms to 7738299899 with message CONFONET 18/614/MC/####/2018 #### is my case no. I got the response as 'Sorry. No Case Details available for your case number'. why ecourts website not working? Please give me the email address or contact number for ecourt services so that i can register a grievience or complaint.

ok please tell me your full name in which court it is filed and in which year, normally all states have not put the family court cases online due to court order, but still I can help you if u provide the details.

Dear sir e-courts are not so perfect and you may not get information especially cases pending before family Courts as internet facility is not provided to such courts . you may either go in person to such court or ask your advocate to get the status of the case by visiting the Court personally .
