Hi my wife filed a false dvc case under section 12 what are steps to be taken to prevent the misuse my wife and her brothers they came to my house and hit me and my family for which I have filed an fir in the nearest police station the case went to court I have filed the case on all of them on 10 members after that she left to her matrimonial home and filed a false fir by putting false bns case in police station and after that she filed false dvc case on me summon notice was taken wt steps be ta

hi first need to see the ingriedents of the FIR and that specfic allegations levied against you and based on that you could file quash petition in court to quash the FIR and for DVC case you could file dispense with appearance petition in court

When they came and hit you her brothers,you have given complaint FIR has been registered,will see in the court,Your wife filed DVC case on you,will see in the court no need will deal all types of cases Crimineed to worry,In which court in Hyderabad,Next step your wife she will file Maintenance case also,No need to worry will fight your case
