DV protection order issued in United Kingdom ,

My wife filled an of 125crpc case in india and she did not tell me about the case and started staying with me in the UK for a period of 6 months. she came to the UK with malicious intent to make false proof , with is few months she starting shouting over me and beat me. when her court case date nearby in India ..she called the police in the UK and made drama ..UK police/court gave 28 days DVPO order to her. after that in 5 days she came back to India. after 7 months she filed a domestic violence case in India in reply petition can I mention above incident belongs to the UK and both were in the UK so UK laws will be applicable on it only. and UK court as per investigation did not provide any monetary benefit to wife because of jurisdiction /law we should not consider all the UK points mentioned in petition. does the Supreme court has any law or judgment if a crime happens in another country law of that country will be applicable only ?

As per section 188 it is mentioned that offence committed outside India by an Indian shall not be inquired into or tried in India except with the previous sanction of the Central Government. In your case the UK law should prevail because the offence as stated by your wife was committed in UK.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very serious in nature as your wife have played very well in hee planning fir filling of the case . as this matter is concern we can help you in this regards as you said all this happen in UK can we prove it . by tye help of documents. if you are able to provebit by tge help of documentation then you wife will not get any benifit out if this case filled in india.

If the case is filed in India it will proceed with Indian law . As your wife is currently staying in India you can mentioned all the incident of UK in your reply petition which is drafted by your advocate .Supreme Court have judgement law of crime happens in another country only that country law is applicable if you prove that incident had take place in the Uk only the judgement is applicable.
