Dv district court judgement not executed till date

I have to get forty lakhs has compensation from my husband's side in dv case....I have got the district court order but still my compensation amount not given by my husband

Since you have already obtained an order from the District Court directing your husband to pay compensation, the next step is to initiate execution/enforcement proceedings before the same court. You may file an execution petition seeking recovery of the awarded amount. The court can take steps such as attachment of salary, bank accounts, movable or immovable properties of the judgment debtor, depending on the facts of the case. If the order was passed under the Domestic Violence Act, non-compliance may also have legal consequences. Please keep copies of the judgment/order and details of your husband's assets, employment, or income ready, as these may assist in execution proceedings

Mam you can file Execution Petition against your Husband before the Hon'ble Court for either attachment of the Husband's Property insisting him to pay the said amount or you can also ask for arrest before the said Execution Petition before the said Court. once filed he will be asked to appear before the Court

If the District Court has ordered your husband to pay ₹40 lakh compensation in the DV case and he has not paid, you can file an execution/enforcement petition to recover the amount through attachment of his salary, bank accounts, or property. If he has filed an appeal, check whether a stay order has been granted; without a stay, the order is generally enforceable. Consult your advocate to initiate execution proceedings immediately.
