DV case withdrawal after getting Divorce

Can a wife and husband get a divorce before the withdrawal of the DV case filed by the wife against her husband?

Yes both can renter into mediation terms and conditions in divorce proceedings before mediator. DV is always subjective to withdrawal any time before and after the divorce granted to parties. Copy of withdrawal order of DV case be filed with family Court

Yes ,husband and wife can take Divorce before withdrawing DV case. But if in the consent terms it is clearly mentioned that She has to withdraw the case then she can't proceed with her DV case. Proceedings can be initiated against the wife.
