I ah an ongoing case of bigamy filed under chargesheet and a dv case filed by me on my husband in 2015. nIn my dv case till today I have attended all hearings except yesterday hearing but he never appeared. nFor yesterday gearing my lawyer appeared in the afternoon and the judge heard the case in the morning wherein my husband lawyer filed for case dismissal and judge accepted the application.I have submitted all proofs, documents but no respite to me. Now they say your case will be dismissed. nI have kids out of marriage. nWhat shall I do to secure my kids future. nI don't want any monetary settlement but justice so that my kids have a life with respect.

It was just a matter of arguments before the court. You must have opposed the application filed by the opposite counsel. You can file a FIR against your husband under 498a if his behaviour is intolerable towards you and issue warrants if he denies to appear before the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If your husband has filed some application then it’s the court’s duty to accept that application because no one can be returned unheard. As far as the conduct of your husband in not having appeared in previous hearings is concerned, ask your lawyer to put these points before the court at the time of arguments on the application. Considering the conduct of your husband as told by you, I find no reason as to why your case will be dismissed. Kindly contact for further assistance.

I would have to see the application file by the husband and the order of dismissal of the court to determine the reasons why the judge has dismissed your application.
to secure your kids future a maintenance application can be made wherein your husband would have to pay for your children's expenditures.
and appeal to a higher Court can also be filed against the order of dismissal.
