My wife has Given an Fir with false medical after 1 day later showing false injury photo and medical .how can I prove false . . She took all my family inherited and her jewellery from homen Police came to mazer the place but never took statements of people present on day of incident nor neighbour....

Dear Sir, You have a very good case for Quashing in respect of case filed by your wife. Since she has created false documents as such you may project the same and approach High Court for stay of further investigation and Quashing of FIR. You may file Divorce case to avoid future consequences if interested.

okay I understand your questions so your wife lodge false FIR againest you right but no incident happened she lodge false complaint right so you do one thing first what section she mentioned in the FIR it is important then you take an anticipatery bail then show the court through your evedance it is false case do it is finally cases is aquital don't worry do you need any legal help contact me thank you
