Duration of counseling and mediation

Please tell me the duration between counselings and mediations in contested divorce and how many counselings and mediations are there??? And when the trial starts???
The duration is not specific for medications, it depends on the issue of the case. As if the issue is resolved in the single session then it will be matter of 2-3 hours or sometimes it can have additional sessions required for coming to a settlement. If the settlement cannot be made in the mediation, then you can approach the court for trial. The duration will depend on the case.

If the case is referred to mediation, there duration of Two months only, mediator can conduct counselling ennumber of times. there is no limits. If the matter is not settled then case will go back to the court for prosecution of the case.
