Duplicate marriage certificate

Me and wife are living in Australia. We r separated for the past 1 year. To initiate divorce proceedings I need marriage certificate but the originals are with my wife. How to get duplicate copy without me coming there personally. Please assist.

hi were the marriage has bee n register so I can get a new certain fixate u can get legal in the court of law and order for the enforcer of the duplicate certificate of the copy of the marriage certificate and you can apply for the court u can get the duplicate

we need apply for certified copies in marriage registered office if you both have taken registration in same office if want diviorce you can apply in India also mutual diviorce in if both agrees means
