Mere sasural Wale shadi k baad se hi Cash ki demand kar rahe hai aur shadi k 6 months baad hi mujhe mere mayke bhej diye bhane se aur aab mutual divorce ki notice bheje hai husband ne par wo divorce ko court may file nahi kar raha hai aur aab mayne FIR file Kiya hai police may wo police k bulane par bhi nahi aaya aab usne bail ki request application bheji hai to mujhe aab kya karna chahiye,wo sirf mutual ki notice bhej kar samne se mutually baat bhi nahi karne aa raha hai

Apko mentally torture kiya hai to apne FIR kiya hai aur ab apko divorce ka contesting petition file karna chahiye family court mein… waha apko maintenance demand karna chahiye… agar wo nahi ATA to apko divorce mein maintenance mil jayega

Well, agar woh Mutual Divorce ka Notice deke, Court me Mutual Divorce ke liye file nahi kar raha hai, toh this is quite obvious, Woh Divorce nahi dena chahta. Woh just tumhe darake rakh raha hai, taki tum uske mutabik chalo.
