My wife and her father filed dowry domestic violence and maintence case against me my mother sister and uncle. police removed all names and chargerd me with 498 A and Dowry act 3/4. I had filed USSection 9 hindu marriage act before they filed any cases against me. I filed 482 petition in allahabad high court for chargesheet quashing. In mediation the wife told she doesnotbwant to stay together and demanded 1cr. .I want to know what counter cases i can file in lucknow now

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if nothing is being sorted between both as discussed in your query you can only file by withdrawing section 9 or if she is not appearing by deciding it after that you can only file section 13 description of every evidence if you have against her for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

As you are telling that 489A and 3/4 have been imposed on you, the case went to the Honorable High Court to cancel the charge sheet, the case went to mediation, a demand of Rs 1 crore was made, I want to tell you, first of all tell me, was your transaction done online? And what does that party do? You have many provisions with which you can fight your case strongly. There are also many judgments of the High Court. You contact me and you will be given full help.

If your mediation is going on, then try to mediate the matter at the mediation stage in the High Court as this is the most effective and fastest remedy available to you in such a Matrimonial case as usually when mutual separation takes place, some amount as usually has to be paid to the wife. You can bargain on the amount
