Based on Section 2 of The Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. You can seek protection under approaching a nearest police station and filing a case against your in-laws.
Penalty for demanding dowry.- If any person demands, directly or indirectly, from the parents or other relatives or guardian of a bride or bridegroom, as the case may be, any dowry, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than six months, but which may extend to two years and with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
Protection under Section 498A of IPC says that: S/498-A – Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.

HI,
madam from your query it is clear that your husband is not harassing you and there is no problem from his side.
it is only your sister in law and others who are harassing you.
first you file DVC cases against your sister in law, bil, fil, and mil in the court except your husband.
in this case you can ask for the separate residential order from the court and court will pass the order and restrict your SIL BIL FIL AND MIL from interfering with your marriage.
you can also complaint against your family elders for their taunts and harassment (mentally) by not solving your problem instead of insulting you.

Hi
Your grievance comes under the purview of 498A , Dowry prohibition act and Domestic Violence act.
In matrimonial laws, strict proof is not necessary.
All it needs is minimal evidences to substantiate your claim.
You should approach the elders with your complaint and ask them to resolve the issues.
If elders are not supportive, please contact the women's police cell nearest to your martial /parental home and file a case of 498A and under Dowry prohibition case. Once your complaint is registered, probably your inlaws will change their attitude/behaviour towards you.
