Q: Can i marry a person who is 18 years old without parents consent.

Sir,we loved each other and we are 18 yrs old both of us .we are from different caste S.c ,S.t,our parents are not agreed our love,they are trying to marry her with someone else.please help us what should we do now.

You both are major according to voting and legal citizen. But as per the Indian marriage laws man must have 21 years to marry a girl who can be 18 years. So there you cannot marry at this point of time.. u need age to marry legally. Moreover she is major she can seek protection under law as she has right to marry anyone of her choice

Q: What to do if my father is not ready to pay for my education

hello sir my problem is my father.he don't want to educate me don't wanna marry to say frankly he don't want to spend any money on me.he always says that if i get a job then someone marry me without dowry.i want to get separate and lead my life.plz give me suggestion

I can advise you to --++ if you are Minor , you have very limited options and u can live separately with your grand parents if they are alive.If you are a major I can suggest you that you are at liberty to take your own desicion . Q: College denying cancellation and threatening student

My daughter is an M.Tech 1st year student of civil engineering department of National Institute of Technology (N.I.T) Patna, Bihar. She started disliking the place, locality, prevailing environment, the faculty members and the poor standard of education. So she has decided to discontinue the course and wrote an application to institute authority requesting her admission cancellation and withdrawal of her candidature. The institute authority has refused to cancel her admission because the institute allegedly charged her for the possession of 4 library books of net worth Rs.3500. Unless she returns the books to the institute's library and gets all her dues cleared, her admission cancellation process will not be initiated. whereas the truth is that she neither has any book or any other property of the institute. The institute has also threatened to issue her an NFTE (Not fit for technical education) certificate which will destroy her career. So I shall be highly grateful to you if you

Based on your problem. I advise you to kindly file a writ of mandamus for your daughter career . Moreover as per university laws it's mandatory to get a no dues certificate . U just pay up the dues and file a case against them in consumer court and claim damages.but just try to get certificate from. University

Q: Received divorce from court & need to cancel marriage in arya samaj

I want to know the Procedure how to cancel marriage or marriage certificate in Arya Samaj Mandir after getting divorce. My friend got married for 5 years now and have not been together atleast for a month. She got divorced last in the month of October. She filed petition that there is no communication from him, not staying together and avoiding her without knowing her his details to leave her as he is not interested to continue. And now she want to get married to other person so she is not sure if this marriage will be cancelled in Arya samaj as she got divorced or is there any other process to cancel this marriage by submitting the order copy in arya samaj. Could you provide the procedure how to cancel her marriage in arya samaj after getting the divorce order copy.

Based on your details. I can advise if you can visit a Arya office and speak with the person who manages it and duly submit the divorce copy. And for further it's purely your choice as . U can marry at marriage register office as if Arya office refuses to provide re marriage

Q: How to file Consumer Court complain against bad quality products

Hi I purchased the table tennis bat for 5500. When I played table tennis for the first time the rubber got broke into pieces from corner. Looks like they gave duplicate rubber. I visited their showroom and reported the issue. .They said will send the rubber to factory for finding ms and get back to me in a day. Since then they are just postponing it and when I said on phone I will show you guys....For this delay ...on Saturday now when i called today they're saying as you said on other day . You will show us...that's why they're not willing to replace it. They're blackmailing me and also looking for reasons not to replace the rubber on the bat. More than business people these people looks like blackmailers. I want to take legal action against them. Please advise Thanks.

Based on your problem. I can advise to have a collection of documents such as bills and evidence of non responsive .File a complaint at local consumer court over defunct product and services . Moreover if you have any warranty document which is more beneficial to case.
