lt appears that your husband has filed casi against you for divorce as you are refusing physical relationship with him and that is the ground of his case. There is no euch law in India that discusses this aspect. if you can send copy of his divorce petition I can answer.

Dear Madam,
You will get divorce immediately if marriage is not consummated that if you have no physical relationship with him. For whatever reason if marriage does not have such relationship then you may claim divorce on that ground. But, if it is filed within one year of marriage then it will be married otherwise you have to file divorce case on the ground of cruelty and additional ground of non consummation of marriage.
