Dowry and fake information in matrimonial website

I got married on 26/11/2020,through matrimonial site,1.5lac Salary with 1crore property was His share was provided as info in website....from the next day of marriage Dowry demand, violence,sexual harassment started.. which need proofs, it was done under 4 walls, difficult to get punishment,later i found that his salary is 70k in that 40 k goes for loans, nd his property was also on another loan and his car is also on loan,will he get punishment if I file case for providing wrong information??these things I have proof (matrimonial website biodata )

marriage is made between human being and not with any other monitory means.
You may get a feedback from others who say he may e punished, but it is just a waste of your time and money.

if you provide the proof of is giving false information and thereby inducing you to marry him isort of cheating. But if he removes all that details from matrimonial site at the time of trial in court', we will have some difficulty in proving it letter in court. should think of some way, anyway for sexual harassment and dowry harassment you better get some proof.
