Don't want to take back 498a wife

I got false 498a filled against me by wife. Now I don't want to take her back. But if she files crpc125 and if I deny to take her back in court then I think I may get charged with more amount of maintenance. How to tell court in crpc125 that I don't want 498a wife back. Kindly suggest.
Dear client the 498a matter is different and crpc 125 matter is different ..under crpc 125 ur wife will demand amount of maintenance which is her right as per law. And matter under 498a is a matter of dowry. She has right to demand maintenance from you till divorce though she has filed dowry matter against you. in the above senario you have to contest the 498a matter. maintenance is her right but we can fight for quantum of maintenance as per ur salary and expenses.

you file a divorce separately and if she will 125 crpc you have to give maintenance to her if she is not working and also maintenanace is not decided by if u will keep her or not and that u shall file divorce under cruelty ground and take divorce from her
