21-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I filed for mutual divorce and now serving the waiting period. Is it necessary to withdraw my consent before the second motion in order to dismissed the divorce or I can appear in the second motion and refused to sign infront of judge?

Hello, You can simply go before the Judge and refuse the divorce. Typically by doing this you will withdraw your consent from the proceedings and hence the same will be dismissed. You can also do the same before the next date through a PutUp Application. Regards

dear client as per query since you filed for mutual divorce and the filling has already been and now it's a waiting period of six months you need to mention and say that you do not agree for mutual divorce and also Petition should be there..
