Don't want to live with wife. But have a fear of dowry case on me

05-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I am married to a girl since 2 years now. I have a daughter too. I never wanted to get married to her as I wanted to marry a lady who is 8 years older to me and a divorcee. But I cheated on her and married to a girl of my mother's choice. I got a daughter from her in pressure of my family. But I don't want to continue with her as she forces me to have physical relations with her which I can't. Now she is threatening me to file a dowry case on me. What shall I do now?

If the behaviour of your wife is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship I would suggest you to file for divorce against her under the grounds of cruelty or mutual divorce can also be filed less money consuming and ends up in max of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi I would like to suggest that you should file a divorce petition against her before she files any suit against you. We shall be guiding you how to make evidences and not get trapped in dowry. We would also like ti suggest further grounds on which you can be separated from your wife. Also, do you want to have rights for your daughter?

You can file the suit before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
