dont want to live wid my wife she is happy in family but m not happy

i dont want to live with my wife but she is happy wid family, we dnt have any fight but i dont want to live with her bcoz of my marriage done in force she sign on blank paper tht she will not do any complaint against me how i cme out from my marriage.

Relationships cannot be forced. if you don't want to live with or continue with marriage, best is to talk with her and convince her for mutual divorce otherwise you can file for divorce or judicial separation. However you have to give the reasons for the same..

Hi you can file divorce by mutual consent if you both are agreed for the same or you can get a decree of divorce by filing divorce petition if your wife is not agreeing for divorce by mutual consent. the only legal way to come out of your Marital relationship is a decree of divorce from the Court.

I will suggest you to kindly don't rush with your decision. divorce is always option but still if you want to get divorce for some personal/unknown reasons mutual consent is always better option. for the reason your wife will not be ready for mutually divorce then you have a lone option to file divorce and contest it which will take a year to adjudicate. mediation and reconciliation is the best option always available, and it goes both ways. rgds
