Don't want divorce .what to do in case spouse is threatening

Husband has abandoned a year back and now threatening with divorce. I don't want divorce.What to do ?
if you don't want divorce and have been harasses mentally or physically then you may file a complaint against him under sections of domestic violence Act. You may also ask for Maintainance from him if you wish so.

If you don't need separation then it's ok, he can't give divorce to you without your consent. Even if he files petition in court it's not so easy to prove allegations without any substance so relax. If he issues any legal notice for divorce then forward him proper reply.

Hello! You can file an suit for restitution of conjugal rights and also can sue him for desertion. Court will ask him to give a valid reason for such desertion and if he fails to prove so you can get back together.
