Don't have any pending custody case in india and after immediate divorce degree can divorce mother move to abroad with girl child without sole custody?? Since mother natural gardian? Also father won't have maintenance and he z not ready to file child custody!

hi.. yes she can. since divorce is obtained she is free to move wherever she wants. if the children are major then it is left to the child's decision.. for any clarification please feel free to contact me. thanks.

you got divorce now but your divorce husband not filed custody case till so now you want go for abrod with your minor child right but passport office make a objection about child passport so you have to take a N IC from your divorce husband he is not ready to give N IC you will file it case in declaration suit for court and take rhe order for you only single parent of your child so and mediation agreement is important to mention all the points so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
