Donestic violence issue-in laws are torturing and mentally depressing

Husband said abusive thing about my family and relative.He has beaten me like a animal and now when I said to talk through law they are saying that how will you prove you’re beaten. I have never done anything and all in laws are treating me like trash. Asking to give money once back in law house for daily expenses and husband is not going to use single penny.Can i file the case without proof?

Yes…if the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship you can always file for Domestic Violence against him and your in-laws and claim your monthly maintenance also. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes, You can file a case under domestic violence act, and also claim maintenance from your husband. You can also register an FIR against your in-laws for the cruelties they are doing with you. Collecting evidence is the work of IO of your case.

You need to hire an expert advocate in this situation! Yes u can file case without evidences ! However u can still do your home work too ! You have options to file case for 498a with dowry acts ! Domestic violence and 125 CrPC etc Kindly b in touch
