Domistic violance and maintenance case

Our sister in law sent notice to our brother and family members. She not living with our brother and family since 14years and she mentioned in her notice she setteled in Bangalore from last 4years, without living how she can put domistic violance case, and also she mentioned our mother name and brother name, how we can fight against this, please help us.

If she has made false narration and allegations you will have opportunity to prove otherwise after attending and appearing in the case. Anyway you will have to prove her case as false but he present in the court at the next date.

okay I understand your questions so now your sister inlaw filed Domestic violence case againest your mothers family members right but she was not staying 14 years to till with your brother and your mother so now she send notice right so she have any kids it is important so it is not maintainable but she asked maintaince may be so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
