Domestic volince. Beaten up by my husband . Financially not good

Hi , i have been married for 5years . In all these years my husband used to beat me and abuse all the time. Went to police station also but nothing changed. Want to file for divorce. But i am settled financially. What should I do?

hi you could file for divorce on grounds of cruelty physical and mental in concerned court and also could file for maintenance and domeatic violence cases for harassement and could obtaib monthly amount and compensation

File a divorce under cruelty, domestic violence/maintenance. also, dial 100 in emergency situation. A stringent action is needed to safeguard yourself than living in an abusive environment with the hopes that things might change.
