Domestic voilence sexual harassment ..twin babies under one year

I m being mentally absued by my inlaws and sexually absued by my husband and my husband is supporting my inlaws to torture me n my twin babies of one year old girls..i have been sent out from their home staying at my parents..my husband doesn't earn anything and dependent on my inlaws..if i file case againt them on domestic voilence and sexually harassment ehat happens further..i m working mom with 30k salary ..but i need maintainence from them to tale care of my kids...what would you suggest?

Residence rights, Maintenance for you and your children, even if you are earning — since your husband has a legal duty to support his wife and minor children. hi if they are harassing you mentally and physically and then you could file petition for domestic violence against in laws and against your husband you could file for maintenance against your husband

You can file a Domestic Violence case (u/s 12 PWDV Act) seeking protection, residence, child custody, and monetary relief. You may also file a complaint under Sec. 498-A IPC for cruelty and sexual harassment. Even if your husband is unemployed, the court can direct his parents to pay maintenance under Sec. 20 & 21 PWDV Act to ensure your twins’ welfare. Keep all proof of abuse (calls, messages, witnesses) ready. Interim maintenance can also be claimed along with medical and educational expenses of children.
