Domestic violnce & interim maintance

My husbnd is working in merchnt navy I have already file against him FIR against him & m filing for domestic violnce & interim maintance we have baby also 2 yr..it's alrdy delayed can u suggest me how can I stop him frm going to ship is there any legal we can stop..bcz he does this evry tym n escapes to work I have suufers since past 4 yrs..he is nt even paying or looking after my child & me since 1 yr m living with my family.with there mental & physical haarsmnt for dowry & cheating on me.

Hello Good Afternoon, As your husband is in the government service. but it doesn't mean he can go anywhere and left his Matrimonial responsibility against you and your kid. if court grant the interim maintainance against him and he is not paying it. then you have the various legal remedies. like go to the court and submit a request application which state that your husband is not paying maintainance. and you can not manage your day to day expenses. so court will consider your application. their are various other legal Solution are available for you. for more details and and querry then call us and visit our website

Well, you cannot force him to stay with you. However, you can file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, if he has illegally deserted you. However, in order to get him, you have to withdraw Domestic Violence and other cases on him including of Maintenance.
