Domestic violence relationship issue

This is second marriage me and my husband both after marriage there are lot of misunderstanding Now he want to move out from marriage relationship without divorce But he has hitted me many times , he has abused me many times how I can leave a person like this I am totally confused , what step I can take in this case kindly advice

Since you mentioned he wants to move out without a divorce, you should consider ​Judicial Separation: This allows you to live separately legally without dissolving the marriage bond immediately. ​Divorce on Grounds of Cruelty Under the Hindu Marriage Act or the relevant personal law applicable to you cruelty both physical and mentalis a valid ground for seeking a contested divorce.

If he harass you may rights to file Domestic violence case, police complaint and file for maintenance from him.

hello your relationship needs to cancel means you need to approach divorce or domestic violation act if you have medical records and you can find ... already you said it's second marriage you already I think you know the better
