Domestic Violence issue with my sister by her husband and inlaws

My sister is having DV issues, her husband and in laws has physically abused her by pushing her and she has got swollen arm and wound on her leg, they are also abusing her mentally, today someone from her family broke her phone, the house tgey are living in is on my sister's and husband's name, my father has paid the down payment of 7 lacs for the house and now my sister's husband is paying for EMI's, my father also given down payment for his car around 2 lacs
