If the police officials are not interested in taking any action to your complaint then you can approach the court through an application under section 156(3) CrPC for registration of FIR against the culprits. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi You need to file a complaint under the domestic violence act under section 12. It’s a formal quasi civil quasi criminal complaint that has to be filed before the court. You don’t have to approach the police. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further. Regards Adv. Abhinav Sharma

Greetings for the day. Please ask your sister or you may also on her behalf, file a police complaint, supported with photos of marks and injuries, if any. You must also send a copy of this complaint to the Delhi Women Commission. I would also advise to immediately file for a Domestic Violence case. As a woman myself, it is necessary to raise your voice against such atrocities. For any help and assistance, feel free to contact.
