Domestic violence dowry interim maintence

i have dowry ,domestic violence and interim maintence case filed against me. Chargesheet is filed. i want to file 482 in high court for quashing. Iwant to know if file for chargesheet quashing in high court will all the cases against me will be put on hold in lower court or only dowry case. Police have only charged with me with 498 a and 3/4

it'll largely depend on the facts of the case,if te matter is laibale to be quashed,it'll be quashed for sure...The sections foisted as against you are definitely liable and can be quashed,for further we can have a word and decide colllabborately

dear client as per your query I can only suggest what you want to challenge before the High Court that will be on hold if stay is granted or if you have proper evidence against her as you have said you are only charged with 498a & dowry both are heinous as per law for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Dear Client, You should go for the High Court for the purpose of quashing the Chargesheet and for that police after investigation implicated you under section 498 A and 3/4 DP Act so now you can challenge only that case before the High Court.
