In Domestic violence case,what are all the interim reliefs wife can ask & apply from husband in magistrate court? What step should respondent husband take to counter the interim reliefs?

You can claim in following interim reliefs but you may be allowed only interim Maintenance that too after a long fight. But, if you file 125 Cr.P.C application you will get interim maintenance immediately. In DV case you can claim 1) Restraint order, 2) Rent for the house, 3) School fees for the child etc.
