Domestic violence case, husband lives abroad, Kindly reply please

If I succeed in getting an ex parte order in dv case filed against mt husband who lives abroad, how will he get notified of the court order and that he has to pay maintenance to me and my minor child?

hi in this case you can proceed to file contesting petition for divorce you can also file application for maintenance and compensation you can get exp parte orders, if he doesn't comply to that he will be deported from that respective country

Hello Ma'am! You can send him order by courier if you have his detail address and once it is delivered, you can submot the same before court. Or you can send copy of order vide an email too. If he does not take any action you can make an application for attachment of his property.

Once court will pass any final protection order against your husband his family you can mail him the said order. Also you can mail the same in Indian Ambassy of the said country. You have to file execution proceedings to execute the said order.
