Domestic violence case by my wife ,but I want live with my child ,wife

Wife has gone from my home with my child boy one on dec.2018 till date ,living in her parents home .I and my family parents and my relatives many time try to go there my wife parents home for get come back my wife and son.During 2019-2021 she agree with me to return back home but she taken back gear in front of her parents.So i complainted against my wife with her parents,brother in women cell Police for counseling.She came two time but she not come back finally she gave Byan and my Byan in By
