Domestic violence by wife everyday

Man with a kid of 4 years facing domestic violence like slap scratches abusive languages from wife. Marriage of 8 years. All law are favour of women so how to get a divorce. Wife do always doubting for affairs which is 100% wrong. Do not want to leave the kid also. Please help how to have divorce.
