Domestic violence by parents and threat to kill me or the boy

16-Nov-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I'm 24 yrs old and I like someone from my community. I talked to my parents about this. They always say the boy is good but we won't allow you to marry him. They're torturing me from past 4 months and asking me to leave the job. Giving threat to kill me or the boy. They have even made a threat call to him. And always say we know many policemen in the area and nobody will help you, so I can't go to police station also to complaint. They're forcing me to marry someone else for sake of reputation.

you are adult. You can marry that person by court marriage or mandir . after marriage, you must file the registration of your marriage. if you solemnized marriage by court, there is no need for registration of marriage. after this procedure, you can file a writ( for protection order) in High Court. High Court will grant protection through SP. No one will ever make to harm you and your partner.
