Domestic Violence and property rights

07-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My parents are seperated for more than 10yrs now. Due to domestic violence we stayed away from him. He tried killing my mother. Since then he has been searching for us to physically harm. We've lived in fear for the past 10 yrs now as we always feared his attack and no family supported us as he was wealthy and we had no financial backing. We have managed our living by staying at rented houses and me running the house. I am 30 yrs old woman. We now came to know that he got remarried in 2020. Per law what protection we have from him and is his marriage legally valid? Do I get any right on his property in the future in case I want to claim? And how long does it take for such claims in case I approach legally?

you can file a case for your rights in thd property being a legal heir and you can claim you share in his proerty legally and he us legally bound to give you the same and that your mother can file a case of domestic violence and can claim monthly maintenance from him and the protectiom rights will be given by the court after filing of the case

Well his marriage is illegal if he had not taken Divorce from your Mother. Moreover being his legitimate Daughter from his first wife, you are entitled to get Property. However, you have to prove this in court.
