Domestic violence and mental harassment

I'm married since 21sept 2015, my in laws indirectly always demanded car... but my parents refused such demands after that my inlaws verbally harassment . I'm ayurvedic dr they even took my pay. I opposed that physically beat. Pregnant at that time my mother in law inquired about the sex of baby. With my husband premision in June I was at my parents house.as my husband work in merchant navy. On 12/7/2016 my son born by operation. Next day my inlaw came and fight with my parents in hospital. I was depressed by this which effected my health. My husband came on 11/12/2016 to take us to inlaws home but after 10 days he throw us out of his home. We remain at my parents house for 5 years my husband has not financial not help me. He always asked me to let him go. He can be happy without me and our son.he bought a plot and build home. 21/6/21 we shifted to home but after few days my husband beat me our son. He then physically tourcher me. Even locked us outside home. On 14/8 he is aggressive

Hello, Its a clear cut case of Domestic voilence. You cant be denied dignity and respect by anyone. File complaint against your husband and in laws for such torture and harrasment. law favors you. Any help required from my side then feel free to contact. regards,

Hi. In your case, you can file a case for mental harrassment and domestic violence. Along with claiming maintainance for yourself and your son. inquiring about the sex of the child is a criminal offense and we can try that route as well. you can file for divorce along with all these above grievances.
