Domestic violence and false allegation of theft from in laws.

I am single child of My parents. My husband constantly harass me. My cousin told ki agar tu ghar aai to tujhe pagalkhane bhej denge. My in laws threaten me of false allegation of theft . I want to leave in laws house because of violence and they also demand dowry. My husband are not giving my luggage and jewellery. He treat me like unpaid maid. Kindly suggest me what to do. My all savings finished because of this marriage.

Agar aapko aapke Sasural wale Jyada pratadit kar rahe hain to aap 498A 323 504 506 406 IPC teen Bata char Dahej per Shodh adhiniyam 125 CrPC maintenance file kar sakte hain Court mein Jyada Jankari ke liye aap mujhe call kar sakte hain Karyalay per Aakar apni samasya ka Samadhan kara sakte hain

You need to file domestic violence against your inlaws and claim your Istree dhan through court and also maintenance. If you don't want to continue your relationship go for divorce For more details contact me Advocate ranjeet Sonker Allahabad high court

As you told, you are troubled with your husband and your in-laws and your savings have also been exhausted and your jewelery is in your in-laws' house which your in-laws are not returning and your husband tells you that it is worthless. If you are a servant, then in such a situation you can commit domestic violence against your husband or in-lawsUnder the Act, you can file an application in the court and a woman in clothes can file a case under section 406 CrPC for demanding money
