Domestic violence and dowry harressment

I got married on november2014 now hda two girl child..my husband is not take care if me and my child and went out the house with his mom without informing me..don't know when he will return ..I gave complaints on various police station and have csr copy..I gave my jewels and money to him at the 3 month of marriage..can I file divorce case or what can I do

Dear Client don't panic. you may file domestic violence complaint in district social welfare officer at district collectorate in your location. after filing summon will be served to them. enquiry will be initiated after the enquiry and investigation Yuva complaint will be forwarded to the concern Court for domestic violence case. dear client.... you have right to file divorce petition but before that once in a hundred times think about it... you said you gave a complaint on various times what happened that complaint you have a confidence withyou that you will manage and take care of your children future you will decide.... in meantime you file a maintenance case against your husband.
