Domestic violence and dowry abuse

Just after my marriage of a year my husband and in laws were constantly demanding my full salary in their hand and snatched my gold jewellery too. After tey threw me out of their house and 5-6 months later my husband sent me a legal notice and a Mutual petition by post and treating me and my parents over phone to sign it. Stating wrong things that I left on my own and I have no jewellery and money with them and no maintenance demand. The legal notice has said to reply within a month.

dear client as per your query since they forced you to leave the house and they are putting blame on you that you left the house on your own and no jewellery and money of yours is with your husband and his family and in fact they are forcing you to sign on the divorce paper which is absolutely wrong it depends on you weather you want to sign or please don't feel afraid..

Hello, Before commenting on the legal notice the same legal notice has to be viewed once. Moreover if your streedhan articles are with your inlaws they have to be recovered through the proper channel of law. Divorce won't be granted to him if you are not willing/consenting to the same. Regards
