Domestic violence abuse mentally torture presure for divorce

Am got married in last september , i am in canada right now, but 1.5 months ago my spouse's file refused. And after that he and his family mentally torture me and abuse me and presure me to give him divorce. What i can do know

Well first of record and save where they are saying to give him divorce. it would help you in future in case of any allegations. Now you have two options, either to come back to India and resume your matrimonial obligations or otherwise go for divorce. However, it all depends upon you.

Its your choice to give divorce or not, they can’t take forcefully, i have same case from Germany now matter has been patched up and both families are residing under same roof kabhi kabhi ghee nikalne ke liye ungli tedi karni padti hai
