Q: Physical assault by husband (MLR done) twice in 28 days of marriage

Respected Lawyers,nI am seeking advice for physical assault by husband where I scumbto to injuries ,trauma of being pushed from balcony of 4th floor in 28 days of marriage. He sent threat message to kill my family and beat them on Watsapp day earlier .I was rescued by sister at 2 am and I left with my laptop and only documents in my nightwear its captured in building cctv .my sister however took photos of all what was left in bedroom . Two days after incident me, my sis and mother went to talk with inlaws who refused to acknowledge it and blocked my way to pick my belongings clothes, shoes,bags,jewellery locked in husband's bedroom.however my sister and mom cud drag only my 3 suitcases already packed . Husband and inlaws forced me to sign on white paper to dissolve marriage and get ur belongings .I lodged complaint in police station ,where he dodged calls by ASI for 3 weeks ,been absent 2/4 meetings, threatening to destroy my belongings and denying to return. I'm facing trauma .help

Q: Can i go abroad while divorce is in process?

I have been seperated from my husband since 3 years and in the meanwhile my husband applied for divorce. Now at present i have filled for DV and alao filed for FIR under 498 A against my husband which is still pending in Court. I have decided to move abroad on PR basis aling with my family. What are tge legal processes which i have to do before i move abroad permanently. Are there any legal restrictions from my husband's side? Will it stop me from settling abroad? I have limited time to move. Please give advice.

sure u can go, if its pending, sure u can go, you have to issue special power pf attorney in the favour of some one who can tell everything about your case, he can submit evidence, can file application and others on your behalf so you can go abroad

Hi! My friend has been framed wrongly in one of the criminal cases. It been more than 2 years and the case is not heading any way. Q: Blackmailing for suicide or lodge a false fir of ipc 376

I am a govt employee aged 26 years.I was in a relationship with a 36 year old girl with no commitment of marriage, after some time she tell me that she is serious and want to marry me. I refused then she started blackmailing me and come to my village and leave a suicide note against me and my family. In pressure of suicidal threat i say yes to marriage . But after two days of this drama, i surprised with a news that she was married with a gut 14 year ago and there is no divorce between them, i collect marriage photos of them. Then i refused to her to marry because she was already married now she blackmailing me to lodge an fir against 376. What should i do pls help
