What can ahe do?her husband is a lawyer inindia.she is workingin saudi .kids with the husband and brainwashing them .husband no work the girl works as a nurse and sending money.she was physically and verbally abused for 10yrs.now even threatening her to hurt her parents and the kids.she is goong to india after tomorrow and the husband threatening herto hurt her parents if she will go to them

she should file domestic Violence against the husband , file the maintenance case , the process is very simple to file the case ,once you file the case case ,he will be restrained to do any activity which causes your injury.

If she has proof of threatening her, she can file a case under section 506 of criminal intimidation. Just mere on the basis of perception one cannot file case but if something happens then there are numerous laws to protect married women rights

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

is there any type case that you have filed or any sort of complaint that you might have given not. how many kids are there and how old they are. you have many legal remedies that you may exercise bit before that you have to be very clear what you want

She must hire an advocate n submit an apprehension intimation if she things her husband can harm or create any mess. This will also be a evidences of him harassing you n doing all sort of cruelty ! Kindly b in touch
