Doesn't paid monthly alimony to wife

Husband is only getting income by land , and he is not have any another job, but he is sold his agriculture land to third party, previously court gave verdict to pay monthly alimony of 2000rs but he doesn't paid and bear 1 month arrested by custody .ow he is released, now wife need alimony, how can she get alimony, she claim to revoke that purchased to third party for alimony. nnPlease sir we need advice.

okay I understand your questions so you are the agriculturiest you don't ready to pay the alimony for your wife right but your wife is not working you will give her she will not working you jabe to pay thank you

Dear Madam, It is very difficult and time consuming to get your wishes to be full filled. Court can give judgement in your favour but you have to wait for 4 to 5 years and spend tine and money. It seems your husband is ready to go to jail and not ready to pay you alimony. Please think twice before wasting time and money.
